Hot Yoga is taking off in an exciting way and here, at Bliss Yoga we are pleased to be able to offer you our Studio, equipped with the latest infra-red Heating system for Hot Yoga practice.

Our Studio heats up to 35C and the infra-red system heats your body rather than the air giving you a more breathable, comfortable work out.

We are now becoming more aware of the benefits of Hot Yoga, which includes the detoxification on the body through the pores (sweating) and the heat helps you to settle deeper into postures. Most people will have practiced Yoga before trying Hot Yoga but we can tailor our classes to suit all levels including beginners.

In preparation for a Hot Yoga class, we recommend that you keep your fluid intake up throughout the day and during the class as you will lose a lot of water. It is important not to get dehydrated.

Our Hot Yoga classes take place at our Aldridge Studio.
