There is no mystery to Meditation. At it's simplest it is just a great way to relax & unwind.
Our meditation and yoga nidra sessions give you a chance to experience gentle movement, deep relaxation & learn simple techniques, the benefits of which you will feel immediately.
Meditation is held on a monthly basis on a Thursday at 7.30pm.
